Zephyrhills, Florida -- The Tourist Club of Zephyrhills is having its Monday square dance on March 25.

Music will be provided by Paul and Jr. If you like a good ole hoe down music and old fashioned barn dance then this is the place for you.

It begins at 7:30 p.m. It will be held at the Tourist Club of Zephyrhills at 5216 7th St., Zephyrhills.

Gran Fondo National Championship Series comes to Dade City

Dade City, Florida -- Road cycling enthusiasts in the United States now have the opportunity to participate in races evoking the European tradition of scenic riding competitions with the Gran Fondo National Championship Series (GFNCS).

The GFNCS, launched and managed by former professional mountain bike rider Reuben Kline, consists of six unique and exciting routes in cities along the Eastern Seaboard and in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.

4th Annual Little Everglades International Combined Driving

Dade City, Florida -- On Feb. 21-24, the public is invited to check out the country's top teams of drivers and horses compete at the International Combined Driving Event, a selection trial for the 2013 world championships.

This event tests carriage drivers and their horses in three different disciplines consisting of Dressage, Marathon, and Cones. You'll see drivers and horses from single ponies to FEI four-in-hand Teams that are here from all over the United States and the world.

Zephyrhills, Florida -- The 103rd Founders Day Celebration is right around the corner in Zephyrhills.

It's on Saturday, March 9, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. The parade starts at 10 a.m.

Also happening that same day in honor of the event is the Founders' Day 5K Race and One Mile Fun Run/Walk. That starts at 8:00 in the morning.

Dade City, Florida -- Dade City Little League is gearing up for their 2013 season and are looking for sponsors to help with the financial health of the league.

You contribution will not only help promote your business but allow hundreds of boys and girls the opportunity to learn all the qualities that sports teaches including responsibility, leadership and good sportsmanship.

Pioneer Programs Youth Basketball League offers an 8-game regular season and play-off tournament.

Local P.E. teachers to host running race for kids

Zephyrhills, Florida -- On Saturday, Feb. 9, two P.E. teachers from West Zephyrhills Elementary will host a one-mile race for students ages 5-18.

The idea for the inaugural Merrill Lynch Bulldog Dash came about when teachers Michael Dodge and Tim Carter saw a need for a local race centered around school-aged children.
