Dade City Center for the Arts hosts Summer Art Camp | Arts & Culture

Dade City, Florida -- The Dade City Center for the Arts/HiBrow Gallery is offering it's annual Summer Camp for the children.

This camp will hold three, 3-week sessions from June 11 through Aug. 17 for children 4 years to 7 years and children 8 years and up (there will be no camp the week fo July 4).

The morning sessions will concentrate on the visual arts for both age groups and for the first time, the afternoon session will consists of an Introduction to the Theater/Performing Arts.

Visual Arts -- for 4 - 7 years old will be offered twice each day 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m or 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and costs is $75 per week

Visual Arts- for 8 years old- up is offered each day from 9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. and costs $150.00 per week.

Introduction to Theater/Performing Arts- for 8 years old- up is offered each day from 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. and also costs $150 per week.

Tuition includes most major supplies for camp, but children may be asked to supply items such as; a shirt to keep clothes clean, empty cans of all sizes, and glass bottles/jars .
